Meet Kris Young

Kris Young is a Peninsula Bay property management professional and trusted realtor who has worked alongside some of the highest-producing teams in the Bay Area. That experience helped him build an extensive network of top-tier vendors and service partners, and refine a streamlined, low-stress approach that protects owners’ investments while supporting residents.

Known for his level-headed demeanor, Kris brings a calm, solutions-first mindset to every situation—whether he’s navigating time-sensitive maintenance, guiding leasing decisions, coordinating vendors, or handling the details of a turnover. His work is grounded in strong market knowledge, genuine care, and steady communication, with a focus on well-run operations, positive tenant relationships, and long-term value. Kris primarily serves Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.

Outside of work, Kris and his wife, Kristen Lomax—an architect at FGA in Palo Alto—keep a lively pace chasing after their active daughter and making the most of family time together. They love traveling to new places, cooking side-by-side at home, and diving into art projects as a family.
